How long does it take to advertise my role?
Most campaigns can be activated within 24 hours using the information from your website, social channels and job specification. On occasion we may ask for some additional information to make sure your employer brand is clearly understood and prominent.
What's included in my campaign?
Hub provides your organisation with a bespoke 28-day recruitment marketing campaign that is managed by our recruitment experts and includes many comprehensive features, such as job advert optimisation, posting to UKs #1 job boards, online candidate recruitment hub. Where will my job vacancy be advertised?
How long does a job campaign last?
The campaign lasts 28 days and is monitored daily to ensure you get the best possible response.
How do I receive my job applications?
All applications are sent directly to your inbox and / or to your included Applicant Tracking System.
Can you write my advert for me?
Can I edit my job advert?
If you need to make a change to your advert our account management team will be able to action the changes and tweak the campaign accordingly.
How much does my recruitment campaign cost?
Are there any additional hiring fees?
You receive all the direct traffic, so if you receive a candidate who hasn’t been previously submitted by Searchability then you can hire them at no additional fee.
How does HubHoller work with the Searchability recruitment solution?
If you choose to use HubHoller in tandem with Searchability then the £1,000 + VAT is paid at the start of the campaign to cover the advertising costs, and then is deducted from your final Searchability recruitment fee (subject to terms and conditions available on request)
Do you offer discounts for multiple vacancies?
A campaign covers targeting around a particular job role and geographic location, so if you have multiple vacancies for one role then a single campaign can cover this, however different job vacancies would require separate campaigns each at a cost of £1,000 + VAT

How is HubHoller different to ad reposters?
A HubHoller by Searchability campaign is built and delivered by our recruitment and employer brand experts and you get access to our unique technology with intelligent targeting and paid advertising campaigns across social media to help attract candidates and promote your employer brand, helping you build talent pools for the future and not just waste all of your budget on job board adverts.
Can you attract candidates without advertising in our company name?
Campaigns that showcase a company’s employer brand are always more effective than those that don’t, but in instances where you need to attract candidates without disclosing that you are recruiting, we can create a generic campaign around the candidate persona and forward any applicants to you.
What if my job vacancy isn’t filled in the 28-day campaign?
Depending on your vacancy, 28 days may not be long enough to find the right person. If you engage Searchability to fill the position for you then we can deduct the £1,000 + VAT cost from your end recruitment fee (subject to terms and conditions available on request)

Do you have any advice about building my employer brand?
We don’t know what our employer brand is, will this affect our results?
Not at all, our team can help define and shape your employer brand message using information from your website, social channels, employee perks, office environment and overall culture.
We already have a careers web page, why should we direct traffic to your site instead?
Most clients already have a careers site that caters to all vacancies and employee demographics. Hub is a dynamic careers engine that is highly targeted and relevant to the vacancies you are promoting now, increasing the chances of securing a relevant direct hire.
We don’t have much time to give you information for this, will this affect our campaign?
Not at all. We can pull all of the information together on your behalf, and to create the supporting blog we may ask for a quick 10-minute Q&A so that the information we promote is authentic.
Can we use the blogs you create on our own channels?
Of course, the content created is available for you to use however you want.
Where will the content be posted?
The content will be posted to the blog wall on your JobHoller careers page, and promoted through targeted social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Can we approve advert creative before it’s posted?
Absolutely, we will discuss your preferences at the start of the campaign and if preferred all content can be sent across for approval before being published.
Our internal marketing team looks after our social media, how will this work with HubHoller?
A HubHoller campaign runs in tandem with your own social channels, we can compliment your existing presence with sponsored posts across the main channels to increase brand awareness.

Who are Searchability?
Who are JobHoller?
JobHoller are an award-winning employer brand agency of marketing and recruitment experts who use our extensive knowledge to help organisations solve their talent attraction, engagement and retention challenges by harnessing their employer brand.
What are your payment terms?
All campaigns are invoiced on the day you sign up with 7-day payment terms.
Do I get an account manager?
You will get a dedicated account manager at the start of your campaign, they will liaise with you directly to collect relevant information, forward applications and show you your results.
If I’m using HubHoller and Searchability who is my point of contact?
You’ll have two points of contact, the account manager for your campaign and the recruitment consultant working on your role. We are all based in the same office so if you prefer to have one point of contact just let us know.
Which sectors and industries do you cover?
Hub by Searchability is designed to help companies looking to attract IT, Digital and Marketing talent, but if you have any non-technical roles, we can still advertise these for you. The only difference is the fee cannot be offset this way against a placement if it is a role that Searchability would not ordinarily place.
Is there a minimum sign up period?
There are no fixed sign-up terms, so if you want to run a one-off campaign you can do so for £1,000 + VAT with no further commitments.
I already have an ATS, how will this work?
All clients have the option to utilise our ATS, but if you have your own system in place we can bypass this and either email all applications to your inbox or ATS API.
Can we use the candidate hub without the sponsored campaigns?
You can access the Hub solution for £250 + VAT per month if you would like to use this as a content platform for your careers brand without the campaigns to attract candidates.
What happens to my Applicant Tracking System if I decide to leave HubHoller?
The ATS becomes yours free of charge forever after your first HubHoller campaign, meaning you can use the platform to manage all candidates now and in the future (subject to terms and conditions available on request)
